Biography
Love Samson holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.). Samson’s practice is focused on fund managers, AIF-managers, investment firms, credit institutions and payment institutions. He has extensive experience over many years as a legal counsellor at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and as counsel in authorisation processes, regulatory finance, judicial court proceedings and risk management in financial institutions. In the recent years, Samson has been active as a counsel in several noted sanction cases.
